Cannot open .pdf

  Would some kind soul try and open it please with Adobe Reader or indeed try with Foxit to confirm that its not just me.
  
  When I try to open it all I get is this page and it goes no further.

  
  Get exactly the same thing in Firefox.And if I download it and try to open Foxit it crashes Foxit.
  
  Got rid of Adobe a long time ago so haven't been able to try it in that.

  I can open it with Adobe Reader, embedded on a web page or standalone. It warns me I cannot save a filled in form and that I should print it instead.

  SumatraPDF gives the same error message. Foxit Reader opens it very slowly and then only displays the first section.

  I will have to install it I suppose, all we wanted to do was print it out, fill it in and post it off. Thanks for the help and to all who posted.
