Say you had been looking after an elderly neighbour for a few years when they weren't able to get out and then they went into hospital after a fall - and on their deathbed they took your hand and thanked you for all you have done, then gave you their house keys and said they wanted you to have everything.
So you go to their house and you find £20k in cash in a wardrobe - and you take it.
