Is sky broadband having problems?

I'm in south Derbyshire and for the last serval days my sky fibre optic has either not worked or run so slow it's like going back to dail up..

Anyone know if there's a problem?

I've tried resetting my router and even turning it off, don't make any difference..

Maybe if they spent more money on the service itself rather than shoving in your face with adverts how they are better and reliable?
