Exfoliating skin - Men

I recently bought L'oreal Men Expert Pure & Matte Deep Exfoliating Wash, its really good and it works, but I have noticed that its says t be used once daily, but I am very certain that exfoliating skin should be only done twice a week ?

Can any anyone help on this ? I don't want to wear out my face by using it daily as it suggests on label ?

    I would agree with you twice a week should be sufficient.

    I am female & I exfoliate once a week using my Monsia Sonic 3 facial cleansing brush and aloe vera w/rice flour scrub. It really depends on your skin. I live out in the sticks so very little pollution and I seldom wear full makeup.

    I agree with Lin, twice a week should be fine. You don't want to overwork your skin.

    Yes, it just confused me a little as the L'oreal Men i use is an Exfoliating face Wash and not a scrub, so I think that's why it says on the label it can be used daily. If it were a scrub then im sure it wouldn't be instructed to use daily ?
