I have only started this to qsk anyone who contributed to my 'finding your purse at a checkout' thread, what happened to it, do you know? it was all going nicely, and apart from a hissy fit from kimindex, quite amicably. I just went back for a look, and there it was gone. What on earth took place?

    Oh, I'm sorry, I thought we were making remarks based on out dated gender stereotypes.

    It look likes you might be! Far from outdated, I was originally talking about very recent experiences at supermarket checkouts concerning purse incidents, which other forum members also seem to have noticed and added to with concerns of their own including bag packing incompetence. Screws are a whole different bag of worms, and raises the question of learmt helplessness which seems to be a feature of some relationships.

    But my main reason for starting this thread was as a place to invesigate the mystery of the disappearance of my purse thread.
