Moving to Scarborough: no Virgin Media.
I need a decent internet as I do a lot of file up and downloading and my work phone is an Internet phone.
I'm really not bothered about TV particularly and I have a mobile for calls.
So what is my best option? Sky / BT? Another company or option?

As that depends on if your cabinet have been upgraded serving the place you are moving to.
As calls are not important, and if you can get fibre I would recommend PlusNet unlimited fibre and pay for a years line rental in advance as then it works out at only £10.99 a month for line rental.
