  He looks nothing like Kenickie, Jeff Conaway. Perhaps his attempt at a cool hairdo...I'll concede.However, he looks more like the Village Idiot, startled quizzical expression...

  He kind of reminds me of David Beckham, but I think it's just because they have a similar smile. They both have tiger teeth.
