Did Helen tell Ash specifically about Rooney?

Or just a general version of her life?

If not, how do you think will he react when he finds out, outside?

We dont know what shes told him as its highly edited ... however what we did see was her saying was she used to be an escort and a story got sold because her and another girl had a threesome with a married man

Isn't he from Manchester? If so it probably depends which team he supports.

I think she told him she did it with someone who was married and when he asked why she said "It was my job". It probably won't come as much of a shock to him because at least he knows there's some stuff in her past, as opposed to knowing nothing.

There were two married men, one was Rooney the other an actor.

Anyway, I assume that Ash knows about Rooney at least but that it's been edited out. I say that because even if Helen hasn't even hinted we know that Mark knows the story and I can't see him not saying anything for weeks. Could be wrong though.

I don't think she has told him about Rooney, she has told him about being an escort, but not about the full extent of her time, all the men, threesomes, famous people she serviced, and the storeys she sold, probably why his Mum does not like her.....

    This is correct I think.

She also told him not to google her name when he gets out of the house.

And the 500 men..If he still wants to be with her after that...well good luck to them.

No. She told him she was an escort and slept with a famous person, but no one in the house knows about Rooney only Mark cos he recognised her. They don't know she slept with hundreds of men either for £180 a time

A lot of people on this forum really need to get over themselves. How come this year all of a sudden the forum is up in arms over a hm who was an escort in their past yet we have had escorts in the house who actually were escorts right up to the time they went in the house & most have been of the opinion it is an acceptable job? Who are we to judge? I seriously cannot understand why people are still discussing this only 2 weeks of the series left! Who really cares? How does it affect you now & how will it affect you when she leaves the house? I know it has been a diabolical series but come on guys there must be something better worth discussing by now!

Nobody here is 'judging' Helen, not in this thread anyway. We're just speculating as to how much her fellow housemates know about her.

Whatever we think of her,(and I happen to think that she's been an interesting housemate) Helens former profession and the connection with Rooney is arguably the main reason that she is a BB housemate at all, it's certainly part of her story.

So I don't see a problem (barring injunctions ;-)) with discussing it in that context.

    Perhaps something like-

'Oh my god an adult woman has had consensual sex before she met me- shame on her, hang her from the rafters, for I must be a better more worthwhile human being than she'

As long as he generally demeans her or is disgusted at the vile wench it's all good round these parts I reckon and the baying mob will be (briefly) satiated.

    Amirite?

Not about all of us here, no. I actually feel quite sorry for Helen in that respect and hope that he won't dismiss her or their friendship/relationship because of her past. I'm not entirely confident in Ash though, but we'll see,,

I think a lot of people in this thread are judging her by their need to once again repeat alleged details of how much she earned, how many men she has slept with, etc. Obviously it goes without saying that it is all probably speculation given I suspect it came from the tramp of a so called friend that sold the story to the newspapers anyway! It might be part of her "story" but I don't see people discussing other hm's backgrounds as much as Helen's gets discussed! Okay so she might have a connection with Rooney but he wasn't the first & won't be the last footballer just like she wasn't the first & won't be the last escort to sleep with one! I bet there's one every week nearly!!

Jeez some people are such sticklers. :p Ok ok, I did not mean ALL people. A lot though judging by many posts/ threads pretty much from the start.

ps, IMO your attitude is entirely healthy and refreshing for what it's worth.

Hate is not a good look for people in my book, even just internet hate. All you need is love and all that jazz, right? :)

It was Mark but I can't remember who he was talking to:confused:, it wasn't Ash, that I do know. That's what we've been shown anyway, I suppose that it's possible that there have been other conversations.

Hate is such a strong word! But let's be honest you'd prefer to know that the girl you're possibly about to start a relationship with had a past such as Helens. The reality is her past would not sit well with most men.

It was Mark and he was talking to Helen, and he told her that he recognised her from the storeys in the newspapers, he also said that her secret was safe with him and he would not say a word, which he hasn't.

And if I am correct this conversation between Mark and Helen took place on the first night, when they were all getting to know one another.....
