  Very few I'd imagine, parking is a bitch in Harrogate. Look for the big set-back hotels on Ripon Rd that have parking space in front of them - like The Majestic;

  Parking in Harrogate is horrendous, and mainly allows only permit holders to park. Good luck!
  
  Why not call the hotel, as so easily may have a deal with car parks that you can claim back via the hotel

  Or the Old Swan Hotel not far off the Valley Gardens.

  Ascot House is a fabulous B&B and has some parking spaces. We have always managed to get parked, although it is a little tight

  The White Hart Hotel is central an has a decent small multi storey car park behind it. They probably won't give a 100% guarantee that there will be a space for you, but I've never been let down. Safe and secure parking only for White Hart Customers.
  BTW avoid the nearby The Crown like the plague full of OAP coach parties and the plumbing is horrendous!

  Thanks to all for your input. I'm staying at the Majestic there this year (though I've come across some stories about parking (and other) problems there), but these posts have given me some ideas about places I can look into for future trips.
