The past two episodes I've found it hard to actually care what happens so fast forwarded through most of it. It seems rather dull without Zach's diary entries

Frankie winning would probably result in the same, since he desperately wants Nicole out.
They're the only two who can possibly win this competition other than Nicole... so it's not looking good.
He mastered the slide and glide instantly though, and having some mass helps give you momentum to slide along steadily.
