This is a question that has been frustating me. I have been trying to think of people famous who are age 90 or above.
I can genuinely only think of 3.

    Nelson Mandela (91)
    Kirk Douglas (92)
    Michael Foot (96).

    Anyone got anymore?

    John Barrowman

Edit: I see she's been mentioned already.

Olivia de Havilland is 93 years old.

There is a recent interview with her here:

Amazing that both sisters - Joan Fontaine and Olivia De Havilland - are still alive into their 90s.

Never the closest of siblings though, if rumours are to be believed. :D

I just had to bump this thread! After reading the above linked interview with Olivia De Havilland, I decided to see if I could meet her. I found her address in Paris and went to her house. I dropped a postcard in her letterbox saying I thought she was a great actress and lady and wishing her all the best. She didn't appear to be in but she may have been hiding from me in case I happened to be a mad stalker (which i suppose in a way I am!)

    A very untimely death.

Senator Robert Byrd from West Virginia is the most senior member of the Senate and is going strong at 91.
