Beef Wellington, mash potato, roasted carrots and parsnips, broccoli with red wine sauce.

Then home made Banoffee pie / Lemon tart / Raspberry roulade. Or all 3 :o:D

I bagged up the left over turkey yesterday and popped it in the freezer. But I left one bag behind to do a sweet and sour turkey with rice for tonights tea. I haven't had any turkey for about 3 days, so I am quite looking forward to it.

Butternut squash stuffed with cous-cous and a leek and tomato sauce, topped with cheese. After a very indulgent week of food I really fancy something a bit lighter and healthier.

I have no food in the house until tomorrow (Tesco coming friday night) so tonight we are having bacon, eggs, tin of tomatos and a couple of slices of buttered bread.

Big Brother opening night so making some canapes - potato nests with butternut squash puree and blue cheese, leek and mushroom vol-au-vents, home made guacamole, mini roast potatoes with red pepper mayonnaise, spinach and ricotta parcels (bought those!) or possibly quorn balls in a chilli sauce, if I can be bothered to make the chilli sauce..

Aww, I'm like that lately - might be age with me (54 and holding).:D
Tesco sell some lovely tins of dolmas, stuffed aubergines etc if all else fails. Plus you could quickly whizz up a hoummous dip.

Yes, I should have done. I've done them now and feel exhausted (not far behind you in age!). I even added tomato, mozzarella and pesto mini tartlets for extra work!
