IPad YouTube Problem

I have downloaded three videos onto YouTube, all by the same method, direct from a video editing program.
All three play fine on PC but one shows "not available on this platform" on my IPad using Youtube app. However when touched it does play ok on IPad. When accessed on IPad direct without app thro Google, the message says "the content owner has not made this available on mobiles".
This seems a very strange situation, has anyone got any ideas.
PS the music on this video may be copyright but could the problem, but why does it still play ok using Ipad app.
