  How much did you pay for it?
  
  Would it not be cheaper just to buy another? Try sending a message to the seller asking them, you never know you may get lucky. They may have a faulty one laying around with a working screen.

  Its a chinese device, made by 'Dapeng'
  
  If its just the outer touch screen and the LCD still works Try this

  If its the main display screen its Toast as it will probably cost more than the phone is worth, assuming you can even find a Far East vendor with it in stock

  I paid £84.00 for it . .asked the seller he didn't have one .
