shouldn't we be waiting to hear their performances before voting ?
my votes last week were based on their performances on Saturday not on what I think of each act , seems strange to vote without hearing how they do this week
This is what i do. There is little point in voting for someone however much you like them if they perform badly.

Right. I really don't get the people voting now. We JUST voted on last week's performances and then people whine when the results of this are totally offbase with the actual result. Last week, we had a flash vote AFTER the performances and what do you know? We had a fairly accurate result.
As I asked before, when does voting close on Sunday? Would like to know so I don't get punished for waiting.

You are voting for your favourites not based on the week's performances. This poll serves to show general trends in support from week to week. It's not supposed to be exact. If we were doing it 'correctly' the vote would only be open on a Sunday but then the results would be too strongly based on that weeks performances which is not what this is supposed to be about. That said voting is open on a Sunday so people can vote every Sunday if that is their wish.
It's odd given a couple of people saying there votes would not have changed given they are voting on the same thing that only 2 acts are in the same position they were in last week!
