Catchup players say we're not in the UK

We can't watch BBC iplayer, Demand 5 etc. After having been watching it for years it's now telling us we're not in the UK and can't view it. We're with Virgin!

What does it mean when this happens?

    It probably means that Virgin have given you an new IP address that they have recently acquired. Previously it was registered to a foreign company and the BBCs IP registration information is out of date. This normally resolves itself in a few weeks.

    Thanks for that....I'm on a Mac though and I don't think it works for Mac's. Don't suppose you know another one that does? :o
