TV Problem?

My problem is my pioneer which is a PDP427XD. every morning i switch it on the picture is distorted. I have to keep pressing ratio button through all them all before i can get a picture, sometimes takes up 30 mins before it comes on. longest is 1hr. i have to do this everytime i switch tv on. http://www.avforums.com/forums/attachments/pioneer-products/192850d1280751849-picture-problem-002.jpg
