Aer Lingus from Manchester?

Have never flown with them from Manchester, it's to Dublin from T1, if I check in online the day before, do I still have to check in at the desk or anything?

Also, my flight is 3.30 in the afternoon, if I get there an hour early is that alright do you think?

I usually fly Ryanair from Leeds.

    If you have checked in you have checked in unless you have luggage to drop. If you haven't, proceed with your boarding pass to security.

    Oh that's good, I'll just have my hand luggage so I'll go straight through. I'm arriving by train so won't have much time, just thought I'd check as I've never used them before.
