Is anyone on here a stripper or been a stripper?

I just wondered if anyone on here has ever been a stripper or done stripping as a job? I would imagine it wouldn't be a difficult job and is relatively easy money.

According to this article I read men can earn £175 to £250 a show and women probably even more.

Here is a link with photos of male strippers for the ladies and gay men of the forum it tells you about the job and what you can earn. Sadly the days of me being a stripper are long gone. I did do some modelling in adverts as a teen though a lifetime ago as my dad worked in advertising.

    Never done it as a job but done a bit.

    I find it's best to make a few cuts then steam it off first then get the scraper going.

    Depeding on the paper though you can just put some up over the other.

    Yes, extensively.

    My living room had six layers of old wallpaper, took an age to remove.

    Depends on the stripper I'd imagine. Some shows must be more explicit than others I would imagine just like female ones. I can't imagine going to work, doing your job and then having men /women desperate to sh@g you after.

    It depends what conditions the council has put on the venue's licence. It's not unheard of for a council to allow women to touch male strippers but not allow men to touch female strippers (or gay men touch male strippers). There was a minor controversy in Manchester about this some years ago.

    I feel sorry for strippers. When they get home and get ready for bed, it's like more work.

    I worked my way through university as a Bunny Boy.

    Learned more that was of use working there for six months than I did in three years sitting in a dusty library.

    i cannot help but whistle the stripper when i take off my undercrackers and swing my hips and slap my arse cheek, but whether i can make money out of it is another thing

    might make a good Specsavers ad...strip in front of the plumber, and not realise he is there.

    My brother and our cousin were strippers for a nightclub near Leicester Square when they were university students and flatmates (in Clerkenwell! :D) during the 1980s.

    My cousin, though, insisted she was more a burlesque dancer than a stripper as she was billed as an exclusive dancer. I still don't know what this involved, but I have an impression she stripped/danced in a VIP room or something like it?

    Removing woodchip that was covered in about 20 layers of paint was a nightmare.

    What in the name of all that is Holy is a bunny boy? I've head of women hotess Playboy bunnies but never a Bunny Boy.
