I don't use the red button, prefer the channel numbers far easier to change sports.
I really hope BBC do the same thing for the Olympics, If we don't get 22 Olympic channels I would be so disappointed, the 2012 Olympics was brilliant coverage.
BBC did a grand job for London 2012 ..... so many channels to watch with action all over the place. Complete heaven if you're a fan of every sport. :cool:
I prefer just using the numbered channels too, pressing the red button and going through the selection palava mean you miss some of the action whilst trying to find a sport you wanted to watch!!

Yeah specially with talks being that Commonwealth games could be scrapped in the future not many nations are willing to host them and Uk, Australia doesn't want to host them every 12-16 years.
2022 might be the last games.
I think they'll survive. I think the competence of the Glasgow games will give them a boost. I remember people speculating about the future of the Olympics after the 1976-1984 boycotts but they survived and grew stronger.
don't know if this has been mentioned but just wondering if the 7s rugby being played at ibrox was a factor in Scotland wearing a much lighter blue strip than normal
