help with plusnet bill

my current bill date was 26/6 the failed payment was on 1/7 do i have 14days from 26 or from 1st before restrictions are added permanently

    I'd give plusnet a ring and ask,they have a very good British customer service.

    Do you have a second payment card you can pay it with? If so you can use your second payment card as a backup payment option.
    Login on to your Plusnet account, got to My Account, then go to View/Update Payment Details. There you can add a second payment card to your account should your first fail.
