Any body else's TalkTalk tv Playing up yesterday

I got the following message every-time I tried to switch my TalkTalk+ box on:
Service Notification
Cannot connect to IPTV servers
Please check your set top box, modem and phone socket are connected.
eventually late afternoon after trying from the morning it was back:mad:
was it just me?
