1) Rhod Gilbert is just dire dire dire

2)Mark Watson should be sued under trade descriptions for calling himself a comedian

3)Russell Howard is as entertaining as having a urinary infection

4) Reginal D Hunter is flat out crap

5) Paddy Kielty was funny years ago but is dreadful now

6) Gina Yashere.......words fail me......just abysmal

7) Andi Osho, just truly dreadful

Id kick em all outta the room and lock the door, anybody ive missed that you wouldnt have back on tv also.....comedians or comediennes.

Call me an ole fart, but I never miss Joan Rivers when she is on telly , one of the miniscule sized group of funny comediennes.

Russell Kane, Sarah Millican, Andy Parsons and Ross Noble wouldnt be missed for starters

I would say Shappi Khorsandi but I'm not sure if she qualifies as a comedian

At least three of the people you have named are absolutely terrific. If you don't like them then don't watch them. As the meerkat says 'simples'

So far, all the above EXCEPT Sarah Millican, I love her!! Saw her live recently and didn't stop laughing all night!!

I would add Stephen K Amos to the list.

I havent seen FB on telly in ages, when he compared dying and going to 7000 virgins as being less favorable to two slags from dundee................i thought i was gonna have a heart attack from laughing.

i wouldnt include frankie in the list.

there are SO many atrocious acts featured on live at the appollo that the list should be a fairly long one.

I thought Frankie Boyle already was off our screens, that's why I didn't say him. Same reason I didn't say Jerry Sadowitz.

Disagree with Rhod Gilbert, Russell Howard, Ross Noble, Frankie Boyle, Sarah Millican, Dara O'Briain, have seen themall live over the past few years and they are brilliant.

Onto the comedians that shouldnt be on tv

    Jack Whitehall
    Micky Flanagan
    Russell Kane
Chris Addison(funny in The Thick of It but otherwise terrible)
    Al Murray

I'm funnier than all of them.
Just need a sponsor willing to send me a cheque.
    No guarantees though.

Russell Howard. How he even has the gall to describe himself as a comedian is beyond my comprehension.

Ah yes, another...aren't they crap thread...there are some comedians a certain person likes and comedians a certain person 'doesn't get'...when I see a comedian I don't get I tend to turn over.

Although I've never really thought Mark Watson was overly great but a friend asked if I wanted to see him last week and thought 'yes, let's give him a chance live' - jaw-achingly funny superb gig - no support.

I'm happy to say that I don;t like a particular comedian rather than say they are crap as others like them hence they will just not be thing.

Apart from Miranda Hart who is the black hole of comedy...she can suck any comic potential out of anything she is in. Howver, she is lovely (as on 'The Bubble') and I think I could have a pleasant evening chating with her as she can be a bit humourous in a 'pub-chat' situation. She just can;t act.

And this is an opinion gleaned from when she was on 'Hyperdrive' when she was 'just another actress in a comedy show' and I could never understand why she was on it as she just sucked the humour out of the scenes...but maybe it was just me... ... ... ...
