I've been banned by the barmaid at the pub (and got called a wierdo vampire freak) for putting O Superman on. Does anybody else have a tune they put on that annoys people at the pub.

What's O superman? never heard of it. Was it on the jukebox? If so pretty harsh.

When I used to work in a pub my friends and co-workers got wind of the fact I have an irrational hatred of the lighthouse family on and I would regularly have to endure a quid's worth of 'ocen drive' and 'lifted'.

Just hinking about it now has pissed me off. F*cking lighthouse family, tossers.

I recall being in a pub many years ago where a fella called Jack was being told to leave by the governor.

Someone slipped over to the jukebox and put on 'Hit The Road Jack'.

He wasn't at all amused. The rest of the pub was.

Its by somebody called Laurie Anderson and is one of the obscure classics from the very early '80s which has been 'forgttten' as in (deliberately ignored) and all you hear in the background is uh... uh... uh.. uh..
    (Its on Youtube)

Mass murderer Denis Nilsen liked to get his victims drunk while they listened to records through his headphones before strangling them.

One of his favourite tracks was O Superman.

That song outdoes Crazy Frog for it's annoyance factorability so I can fully understand the barmaid's anger.

Few years ago me and my then boyfriend put an array of heavy metal tracks on the jukebox, we enjoyed listening to it, but no one else did.

My friend Stacey gets pissed off when I put that on too, but then her mum is hot, and I once sh*gg*d her when we were both drunk. It took Stacey years to forgive me :o:o

Does anyone else find with these posh new jukeboxes that you really need to have decided what you are going to put on before you go up otherwise you stand there dithering for an hour.
