AVG 2013 update solution

I noticed that the 2013 version is now available so decided to update my computers.
While doing it I encountered several failures. I discovered that the best way around it is to use AVG's standalone uninstaller which is available as a download (Google AVG uninstaller and select which utility you need then, probably 2012, 32 bit). After removing the old prog, it reboots the PC. You should then install 2013 version of AVG.
