    Sarah-Jane Smith is the opposite of sexy to me. She's always doing those cod little girl faces and vocalizations. Add to that her kind of middle class primness and she's just not sexy at all... although I do think she's a good character for children.

    I think the most beautiful was Deborah Watling as Victoria.

    Amy is superficially beautiful but her shrill, selfish, domineering personality really ruins her exterior looks.
    She has no inner beauty at all.

    1st Doctor: Barbara
    2nd Doctor: Polly (Zoe in the catsuit -okay to look at but I don't really think it worked with the Zoe charater -I didn't find her sexy)
    3rd Doctor: hmm, difficult, Jo I guess
    4th Doctor: -easy, Romana mk I
    5th Doctor: again easy: Peri
    6th Doctor: I'd like to avoid a repeat (aka 1st/ 2nd Doctor with Polly), but cmon, if I cant pick Peri it has to be Mel.. eww
    7th Doctor: has to be Ace even if she is a cockney tomboy (not very sexy)
    8th Doctor -easy -that American chick -there was only one & she was reasonably sexy
    9th Doctor: Rose (ditto)

    Clara's up there... though she's more pretty than 'sexy'. Still, she's in my eyes the prettiest companion The Doctor has had.

    Amy (and Amy's legs almsot count as a seperate entity!) although as a character the appeal is only skin-deep. Personality-wise she's definitely less attractive.

    Rory wasn't too bad I guess. Although he looked better with the dyed hair we saw in Lets Kill Hitler and The Wedding of River Song.

    Can River count? I'd count River as quite sexy although my friends think that's a little odd...given the age gap between me and her :D

    Nicola Bryant (Peri) is probably the most prettiest and sexiest companion The Doctor has ever had IMO. Even now in her 50s she still looks good for her age and very beautiful.

    I also think Mary Tamm (Romana I) was extremely sexy and pretty followed by Katy Manning (Jo Grant). I like Karen Gillan's legs in those sheer tights.:p
