The first, let's be generous and say 10, series of The Simpsons just cannot be beaten in my mind. Just pure perfection. I could watch them again and again and again. Nothing comes close.

Do old school Looney Tunes count? Or are they seen as films as opposed to a series? Again, like The Simpsons, I could watch Bugs and Daffy and Porky and never get tired.

Archer. South Park. I really, really, liked an HBO series called The Life and Times of Tim. Sadly that was cancelled after just 3 series.

I never really cared for cartoons when growing up. My brother would watch loads. Dexter's Lab. Dragon Ball Z. Catdog. Beavis and Butthead. I never got into any of them.

Actually, Johnny Bravo is good now I think about it. Yeah, Johnny Bravo would be on my list.

Nice to see Daria getting some mentions.
I'm just re-watching it on DVD and it really is excellent. Well worth tracking down especially if you are a fan of King of the Hill or Bob's Burgers. Also, I think the quality and style of the art is just masterful.

    1) American Dad
    2) Simpsons up to Season 10
    3) Bob's Burgers (seriously under-rated in general!)
    4) South Park
    5) Family Guy
    6) Futurama
    7) Daria
    8) Dangermouse
    9) Dexter's Laboratory
    10) Dogtanian and the Three Muskehounds

Archer would probably be in there, if I'd seen it.

I loved the stuff on the TV in Daria, what was the name of that sensationalist show?

Oddly, I never liked KOTH, but love Daria and Bob's Burgers.

Seriously, man, you can practically see the seams between S9 and S10. By S11, it's just totally gone. What on earth happened? Obviously the loss of Phil Hartman played a part.

Agreed on your sentiments about the show up to then too, it's simply a work of art with unbeatable repeat viewing capacity.
