I have the VU+ Duo2 with an extra dvbs2 card, this gives me 4 inputs, According to the manual it does support loop-through mode (page 6 of the manual)

Have a word with the guys a World-of-Satellite for a definitive answer

The original Duo does not have an LNB-out, only has 2 x LNB-in. Duo2 has pluggable tuner modules: the single tuner module has LNB-in & LNB-out, the dual tuner module has 2 x LNB-in. The receiver can be fitted with 2 modules. (DVB-T/C module is also available.)
