I cant take another crap summer.

All I ask is that its warm for at least 2 months so you can go out in just a t shirt and shorts. Is that too much to ask nowadays?

And please not so much rain this year. PLEASE :(

we'll probably get about 2 or 3 weeks of really hot weather that's spread out of may/june/july.

It'll be hot in May then it probably won't get above 20 for the rest of the summer, like last year!

I blame all the ********s wandering around ASDA wasting deodorants - causes global warming. Throw 'em out and ban 'em....

It's not called global warming anymore, the new buzz phrase is 'climate change'

Also, in my local asda, the folk walking about seem to have an aversion to deodorant.

That's because the cans they buy are all empty because some plum has sprayed them all!

The OP likes to spend time in ASDA, trying out all the deodorants (especially Lynx) before being thrown out by the security guard.

Like every year i'm hoping for it to be just warm enough to walk around my house with no shirt on with hardly any sun out. But no doubt it'll be ridiculously hot again like the last few years though

The weather has been lousy for a full year. It's hard to imagine a long hot summer again.

That's because people always concentrate on the "warming" part of the old phrase and ignore the "global". :p

If there is a cold east wind blowing during the spring equinox, it's a sure sign that this summer is going to be hot.:)

And that cold east wind is still blowing.

I sometimes wonder if, more annoying than the bad weather itself, is the fact there's no-one to direct the annoyance of bad weather at.

Op, you might as well ask what Saturdays lottery numbers will be. NOONE knows what the weather will be like in 2 weeks time let alone 3 months.

    According to Netweather
    May
As usual, at this range the confidence levels really start to drop away, but at the current time our forecasting model is pointing towards the potential for some very wet weather during May, with temperatures close to average.

It's always "crap", we get a few weeks of hot weather followed by rain and cloudy weather and then a few more weeks of warm weather around august... every year.

I don't need especially hot weather, I just want it not to be cold. Mild would suit me fine.

Well it is predicted to be a wet April this year so never know we could get a 2006 again.
As someone else said though nobody can predict this early.
