  I watched that clip with the sound off, it looked like a parody, including the contestants.
  
  I think the reason he looks stiff is because he must be wearing something to pull him in and its very uncomfortable.

  We have thought this. He stands very stiffly holding on to the chairs, and seems to have a stiff neck/shoulder. I think maybe he is not well.
