It confused me too as the woman that plays Pauline is now dead! I thought the script writers were getting really lazy with character names!!!! I know Ds don't like bumping old threads but sometimes its nice. I don't actually get the reasoning behind not being able to bump the occasional old thread!

To be fair, I doubt anyone gets banned over bumping the odd thread or two. It could be totally relevant and applicable to a more recent context, just old. It's when it keeps happening, particularly unnecessarily.

No I don't think anyone gets banned unless they continue to do it several times against advice. I mean they usually get locked or something that's all.

I didn't realize that it was an old thread that had been bumped until I glanced at the date
Edit: Just to add, I didn't bump this up, this was on the first page and there were five or six comments all of which have now disappeared
