21 Jump Street, which surprised me by actually being very funny. I definitely recommend it.

Toy Story 3 - an absolute delight! Probably one of my favourite ever Pixar films.

I watched Toy Story 3 even though I already have it on Blu Ray. Havent seen the BBC Christmas Day film premiere for years so recorded it and watched at 5.45. As you say an absolute delight from start to finish. Dismissed by many as a kids film but it is so much more.

Watched Spartacus for the umpteenth time. Not that I'm complaining.

Also watched The Red Shoes in the morning, which is such a great watch (can't go much wrong with Powell and Pressburger). Other than those films and a few others (like Casablanca), there wasn't much else on that inspired me to concentrate on the TV yesterday.

Miracle on 34th Street (1947) on Christmas Eve and then Man of Steel on Christmas day.

Enjoyed them both for slightly different reasons

Didn't watch anything that was actually on telly.Just some favourite dvds which have 'quality assured'as I bought them,and not more repeats of stuff I have already seen/don't ever want to see!
