Old childrens tv show
You guys are normally quite good with things like this so hear goes. I'm trying to remember a tv show I used to watch. All I can remember was there was this sad witch, and she lived in a house with a hole in the roof that her bat clock flew out of. Then it cut to a dentist bird cleaning a hippo, then having to get a twig out of a crocodiles mouth.
Anyone have any ideas? I've been googling for ages.

And it definitely wasn't live people, it might have been puppets, I distinctly remember the crocodile being made of felt.
What I want to know is what is she doing with that vaccum cleaner?? Flying indeed!
