sounds like a pretty disgusting site.the sort of thing that children could accidently see.why the heck isn't the government shutting down the likes of this?

Because being gay and having sex with consenting adults isn't illegal?

Too busy concentrating on drivers doing 40 in a 30. Probably.

If you think that's wrong, then spare a thought for this poor guy.

Why would a child download a gay dating app in the first place?

"Won't somebody please think of the children" ...yawn

Or alternatively, just let adults get on with what adults do without dredging up some 'think of the children' non-argument.

Children might accidentally walk into the bedroom where their parents are having sex, perhaps the government should ban sex between parents of under 16 yo children too?

A bad thing as far as I'm concerned. Men (some married ffs) looking for another man/men who they don't know, to have cheap sexual encounters with?
A grotty breeding ground for broken homes, STIs and God knows what else.

Dont worry the straights have apps too like this so there arent left out ! ! !

Yeah, wasn't it Tindr or whatever its called, that got dear ol' Monty Pansar into trouble recently?

Nobody was 'thinking of the children' then.

I mean I'm not a fan of hookup sites, but it is legal and for consenting adults who know what they're getting into. And, Addisonian, if you're children are downloading and/or watching this stuff on the internet then it means you need to get your kids off the internet and entertain them more, simple as.

For the OP: I would ignore the calls of anyone on here encouraging you to blackmail/hookup or whatnot with your boss, even in jest.

My advice, fwiw, you might be mistaken with this photo, you might not be. But leave well alone. You have to work with this guy, and one move to scratch and itch with anyone you work with can have disasterous consequences that you regret for life.

It's his business. Pretend you didn't see it, don't let him confide in you too much and if he does - tell him to talk to his wife first. He's not a free agent (yet?). You're a colleague. If he's bi or gay then it's a path he has to take and sort with his family first. You still have to work there. Forget it imo and don't get involved. Better for you, your working relations and your career if you give it a miss.

There are plenty more fish in the sea.

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with people wanting sex but it is so sleazy and cheap to go on an APP for christ sake and say to people "what you into" etc....do people actually have no self respect or pride?

I'm gay so I'm not bashing the gay guys on Grindr specifically but in general. If you're really horny then masterbate to porn and save yourself from becoming riddled ffs.

Call me old fashioned but I prefer sex when it's with someone I care about. Not with "Older guy looking for fun" on Grindr!!!

I don't get it - why does having sex mean someone lacks pride or self respect

I'm sure he is not the only married man with kids on the look out for NO strings sex . One of thousands I woud guess, and so what ? .

A big what for his wife and kids to find out he's a cheat and a liar who's made a fool lf all of them.

That's the parents responsibility, not the governments.
What do you mean 'and so what ?' It is pretty shocking to find your seemingly STRAIGHT boss on a gay site looking for gay sex. It's pretty immoral and unfair to do that to his wife, unless she knows, which I pretty much doubt. He clearly doesn't have standards or respect, sounds like you need a lesson in some morals if you don't think it's a major thing (in a relationship to cheat) So yeah demand that pay rise ;-)

You might have the opinion like I do, that if you are going to get married, your wife (or partner) should be the only person you have sex with. If that is not a possibility or obtainable, then get divorced, or better still, don't get married in the first place.

Haha, I think it's best to take a picture of him on there, and use it as a negotiation if ever your job is in peril...

Still blackmail though and it might be a fake picture/profile.

Are you serious? Bloody wise up to yourself, you sound like an idiot!

The chances of children seeing this site are as high as them seeing ANY of the thousands of inappropriate sites out there. Its the kind of site you have to look for to find anyway. By your mindset, we may as well shut down the Internet to protect the kids!

But dont let that stop your "WONT SOMEBODY THINK OF THE CHILDREN" unnecessary-reaction party you have going on.

I would write to the Daily Mail about it. :) don't really see why children would be downloading a gay sex app in the first place. When I was that age all I was interested In was my train set.

On the subject though probably best to say nothing at all.

I always find work management sleazy anyway. In the higher echelons on my workplace they seem to be shagging each other and having affairs all of the time. And most of these are married. Eughhhhhh!

Won't somebody please think of the CHILDREN!!!!!

Parent's job to protect their own children, and if their children DO find out about things like this then it's the parent's job to put it into the proper context.

And if the parent isn't comfortable talking to their child about sex and sexuality, it's the parent that has the problem.
