What type of fries are they?
They look frozen (sorry if they're not ) and I like to keep a bag in the freezer and they look nice.
no worries mate, as I said it was all just thrown together, they were 'Fries to go' micro fries, I get them from Asda, they are the best frozen fries I know.

I used the broth from cooking the brisket. When I made it I shot in a carrot, a handful of shallots and a knorr beef stock pot diluted in 1/2 pint of water.
To tweak it I added some 5spice, soy & sugar.
