WWF during the 'Attitude' era. Austin, The Rock, Mankind/Dude Love/Mick Foley/Cactus Jack, Tripl H before he went power mad, DX when they were any good, Mr McMahon, red hot crowds, blood, sex, sweat and tears, bad language....

I could go on. Even naff wrestlers like The Godfather were enjoyable to watch.

the attitude era simply because there were 7 or 8 belts defended on both shows so everyone could actually have a storyline whereas now its either heavyweight, inter/us or a stupid forced on storyline made for the ppv next week that ends at the ppv

WWF was the good stuff! as was WCW, inifinitely better than the PG rubbish they put on screens today. Caught a few minutes of it the other day, shockingly awful

Vince wanted more money, he only has himself to blame now that he doesn't even fully own his own company anymore.

Vince did want to be in the entertainment business.

Another vote for WWF attitude era - beginning in 1997 with the fantastic Hart Foundation angles with Austin, Foley, DX, Undertaker, Shamrock, The Rock, etc. Set-up the company for years.

Haha I watched Wrestling about 10/ 11 years ago when I was about 7 and I thought Hardcore Holly and Funaki (sp) were the bees knees!

Royal Rumble 2000 was the first PPV I ever got to watch and it was the one that The Rock won, but Funaki kept invading the ring or something?

I'm gonna have to go WWF as the best, but I liked WCW too. Haven't watched it in about 7 years- ever since the Brand Extension really.

They divided it in April 2002 I think.

Gotta be the Attitude era, followed by the mick foley's brutal stint as commissioner(todays equivalent of GM)

Those 6 man steel cage matches for the WWE title where awesome.

The one at Armageddon 2000- when Rikishi fell off the top of the cage?!
