Whats a good digital camera with good quality hd video, not too expensive ??

I am running windows 7 on my pc and looking for a digital camera with hd video, For taking good photos and for clear video for doing videos and for using on basic video editors like windows movie maker etc
the video quality must be good
A used one thats cheapish off ebay is ok, and i dont mind if its a model from 3 or 4, or more years ago, as long as the quality is good, hd quality and clear, must work on windows 7 with a pc with 4gb of memory and a built in graphics card
can you recommend one that meets the above requirements ? and will work with my pc. im currently upgrading to 4gb of memory, my desktop pc has a built in graphics card,
