what do you reckon the order should be?

It depends if they are talking about current fame or overall fame. I'm going for overall fame.

It's incredibly difficult to know where to place people who are only known for a rtv show (or in years where it applies, for a soap role). Towie is obviously a pretty big deal in the rtv world, but to those who are not fans, Sam is not known at all. Also there may be a difference between where the housemates place each other and where we think they should be placed. You never know in what peculiar ways their minds will work.

Since Apprentice 'stars' are on for such a short time, and since MIC has never hit a million viewers and Towie has (and since Sam is the bigger figure in the glossy magazine world) I am going for:
