I think Forest & QPR will join Leicester in the Premier League.

I think Bournemouth might be a decent outside bet for the play-offs.

Wigan have got to be challenging for at least the play-offs, but the workload they have on them will be daunting. A good few signings is what we need in the coming months!

Isn't that a bit early? I can't remember the Football League starting that early in August before.

I don't see them doing that well, but they'll comfortably survive if Eddie Howe stays

I hope a lot of these predictions are correct.

Fixtures out tomorrow at 9am, although 2 opening day fixtures have already been announced as part of the Football League's 125th anniversary, involving founder members of the Football League:

    Burnley v Bolton
    Derby v Blackburn

As for my predictions for the season, I think it's probably better if I don't make any as I got mine drastically wrong last season :D.

Rather than predict who will finish where as I never get close, I am going to predict that within a week of the season's end there will only be 6 managers who are in the same job as they started in

Charlton are one to watch - mark my words!

Finished really strongly and if they get their home form sorted they'll do well

Blackpool away on boxing day I'd imagine it will be very cold
    And wet

Are you happy with your team's opening match? My team(Leicester) away to Boro tough first game but should at least get a point.

I noticed the Football League have switched the games just after boxing day to Sunday 29th, whilst the Premier League are playing on Saturday. Any reason for that as I would have expected it to be the other way round?

Leicester have already had a match moved for Sky, against Leeds at home.

1 home match in 2013 through to August 24th kicking off at 3pm on a Saturday.

This is a far tougher league to get promoted in than last season. Now we've got the three teams who've just come down spending big to go straight back up. Teams like bolton, brighton, leeds, leicester, forest. boro all spending money too. I still think watford have a far better pool of resources than any of the teams spending big, it's just a case of whether we sign the right players to fill the gaps from last season.
