I've had the same fake tree since the child was little.
We've got an assortment of decorations, added to over the years and thrown away too - some longstanding favourites.
It's a mess.
And that's how I like it - theme- er....standard Christmas mish mash.:D
The genteel & refined Harrods one I talked about up there ^^^^ is for the living room. Did I forget to mention the naff old fibre optic one, trimmed with all kinds of tat imaginable? I bought it on a whim in a Chinese discount store. That goes up in the kitchen - along with a multi-coloured disco glitterball. Mish-mash city!:D
Yellow and blue are Easter colours. I'm not sure exactly why; it's probably my subconscious recollection of having an Easter egg in those colours when I was a tot.

No, but my tradition is 1st December, and it's a Sunday this year so that's a bonus too, no work, no hassle.
