Humax FoxSat HDR Guide Locks up unit

Hi All,
I have only had the Humax just over a week and twice when I have been scrolling down the "Guide" the unit has locked up, it wont turn off or do anything.
I rang Humax and they advised to remove the protective film from the fascia and the LED display glass, but in the end they tried the "turn it off then back on again" trick which did clear the issue.
It seems to come when I hold the down button on the remote to scroll quickly through the channels, has anyone else experienced this?
I did do a search but came up with nothing,
