Some unsympathetic, arrogant, stuffy, pompous bureucratic bank manager, Dole or benefits office boss who only gives a shit about 'the rules' and their job, These two're ideal candidates for an updated version of A Christmas Carol

My Mum, my Dad and my Sister.

And also a woman at uni who loves the sound of her own voice, thinks she's better than everyone and insults people for no reason (i.e. telling a lady with low self-esteem that she should dye her hair because 'people who let their greys come through look old and haggered and don't care about their appearance'! Luckily it bugged me more than my friend!
The truth is (and I would love to tell her) that she knows **** all, bores everyone, annoys everyone with her insulting ways, annoys everyone with her 'i'm better than all of you' attitude and is so fake she makes Katie Price look like Mother Theresa!!!!!!

Unfortunately yes, she is one of the oldest in the group at 40 years old but behaves more like some pre-pubescent teen with her opinionated views and insults to all!

Just to add, this is a nursing course...a caring profession! I've ranted on here about her before, she's horrible and nasty and has absolutely no redeeming features!!!

I've surprised myself actually and i have been very amicable and socaible for the sake of my training and career. I refuse to let that hideous excuse for a human being get to me :D

Just so it is clear that I am not just bitter...we used to be friends (at least I thouht we were) until one day I was upset and missing my Gran (who was my best friend and brought me up as I lived with her for my teenage life) and all this woman did was screw her miserable little face up and say 'oh right how long ago did she die?' I told her it had been 6 years but eache year hurt as much as the first... her reply was to screw her face up again and say '6 years?' and then literally turned around to ask somone else if she'd had a good night.

It was that instant I knew she was a bad person!

If he works in an office in an official position there's a new word for him- BUREUATWAT!
    Bureautwats HATE:-
People who've tried to be reasonable but have had no choice but to take Peacefull/agressive but justified direct action (they whinge and complain about it) but they can't complain can they?
Being overuled by more down to earth, understanding sypmathetic, superiors who're more in touch with reality and know there's more important things like them and 'the rules'.
Sheets of A4 paper with letters cut from magazines, newspapers and books informing them the sender
knows about their secret deals and dodgy goings on.
Benefits and dole staff're amongst the worst burreautwats.

Everyone who has ever voted Labour from 2001 to now.

The ghost of Xmas Past will be: A Working Class Miner wondering why Labour sold the Working Class down the river to cosy up to the Middle/Upper Classes.

The ghost of Xmas Present will be: A student "protester" rioting, and smashing up Parliament Square.

The ghost of Christmas future will be: A Muslim illegal immigrant with C4 strapped to their body running into a bus queue in Central London or a busy market square.

    .

Everyone who has ever voted Tory.

Past: To show what life was like for most of us without the radical/left wing reformers of the last 150 years

Present: To show what it would be like now without the above

Future: just stand there, slowly shaking its head

I agree with the above, that why I kept it 2001-2010. ;)

Just out of curiosity do we really owe everything we have today to Left Wingers? has no one from the Centre to the Right ever contributed anything positive to this country?

Pretty well all (I would say all but you never know) major social reforms that benefitted the poorer in society (Factory Acts, restrictions on children's working, education, universal sufferage, pensions, NHS etc) were brought either directly by the Liberals (generally known as 'Radicals' until the 20th century) or Labour (Socialist) Governements - and if not certainly that area of the political spectrum provided the majority of pressure for the causes.

I feel pretty confident, for example, that if Churchill had won the 1945 General Election he would have found a way (despite earlier promises) not to introduce the NHS.
