This match is going to be the thing we talk about at the end of the year as being one of the craziest things that happened in 2014

Imagine if it was 6-0 at half time?
    It could realistically happen.
Unfortunately I think Germany have gone into training session mode

South American fans assassinate players that mess up at world cups. Could be R.I.P. Brazilian football in more ways than one.

After 1950 they completely changed their kit to erase the memory and the team were forever ostracized...what are they going to this time, offer up Scolari as a human sacrifice ? :D

Germany need to put a few more past Brazil before Scolari gets to them

The crowd seems a bit subdued for some reason

Probably a paper cup of watered down Coke costs a fiver or something

I'm rooting for Germany to win the World Cup this year. Boy, do they deserve it! My only worry is that Argentina will win tomorrow and they will scrape it at the end. I can picture it! They will fall at the last hurdle.

Right from the off Brazil looked dazed, as each goal went in it was like a boxer getting punched ever more heavily.

It's like Mike Tyson Vs Dale Winton.

Brazil are just booting the ball away any time they get it. Embarrassing.

Or could we witness the greatest comeback in the second half?

My wife and kids are jumping for joy (she's German, and we live in Germany). Talk about a thrashing!

But boy do I feel bad for the Brazilian fans. The sight of that little boy with crying was just too much.

That's who I feel sorry for... World Cup on home soil, semi final, maybe had to save for tickets.... Then they get subjected to this shite!

think it's safe to say that extra time / penalties, will not be required for this game

But he doesn't like Germany. I'd say Alan Shearer will be licking his lips saying, "I told you so".
Both Shearer and Hansen tipped Brazil to win. Rio went for Germany.

They expected to win the WC with an average team, tonight they have been shown for what they really are. Enjoy it while it lasts. The kid, yeah, poor sod, try supporting England...

But Brazil have long been a word class team, England haven't- there's the difference.

That said Brazil did have an average team this time yes.

Germany have indeed shown them for what they are.

That would be a better comeback than the Resurrection.

    Brazil have been found out.

Germany can score when they want.

I will expect to see a backlash from the fans tonight, it's not going to be pretty.
