Which HM would you employ?

If you owned your own company and you could pick any HM to look after your business whilst you took a 1 month vacation?

Even through the amount of bad things said about her I think Grace would be the most reliable and trustworthy.

Which HM would you pick?

Imagine Lisa sat round the boardroom table  Smoking and swearing

I wouldn't trust her to feed my cat, let alone run my business.

Grace. For someone so young she shows tremendous leadership and influencing skills.

    Well I mean, come on.
It would be more cost effective to the business to close down for one month than to leave one of the moronic HM's in charge.

My boyfriend does have his own company and (because it is in the media sector) I would choose Suzie with no hesitation. He might also!

Grace would p*ss everyone else off and we'd return to mass resignations!

Nikki most definitely, every company needs and must have one. :D

Edit: Remember Endemol did say that Nikki was the one housemate who possessed true leadership skills. That's why they gave her the desk job the other day. ;)

No one under 30, what ever the business was. Richard or Susie I guess.
