Reporting errors on BBC and SKY news

Just thought I'd bring your attention to the glut of reporting errors that has occured on the BBC and Sky output of the last week or so.
Ive made a full blog post at http://djleekee.wordpress.com/2011/05/30/football-blunders-that-made-it-to-tv/
But the 2 most embarrasing were concerning the Swansea v Reading Championship playoff final at Wembley.
Obviously unable to post pics here but essentially the newsteams kept referring to the Cardiff rather than Swansea!
This is highly caustic to Swansea City supporters!
A one off can be just human error - but they were popping up everywhere!
