IF they get relegated...

A strong threat but how likely is it in reality?

If it was to happen, I can imagine the case dragging on for months with the inevitable knock-on effects it would have on at least the Championship.

I hope that if QPR are relegated, and are found to be in breach of these rules, that the Football League don't go easy on them, and stick to the rules, and if that means demoting them further than the Championship, then so be it.
Clubs have to understand that there are consequences for breaking the rules.

They'll have to get a room big enough to fit a Range Rover in, then he can hang out the window and deliver his case.

Faced with being forced way down the football league ladder or paying up, I'm pretty sure QPR will pay up!

That's if they can afford it. Fernandes can't afford it so it's left to the other directors who have already taken out bank loans against the club.
