Congratulations to the dimwit producer on BBC London News tonight who managed to caption the Falklands war hero Simon Weston as ''Simon Webster'' - and the director who failed to look at his/her preview monitor, the sort of mistakes that are all too often on this programme.

    How do you know the graphic was put on live, it may already have been put on in the edit?

    They don't put the graphics on during the edit, just a highly incompetent producer
