Last year it wasn't that different and there wasn't a single PS4 game reduced in the promotion either.
Yeah some PS3 deals have been better than last year, for example FIFA was reduced to £25 last year but is £20 this year. It's just a pity the PS4 promotions have been terrible and not even deals IMO.
If for some reason you want COD:AW digitally at these prices, make sure to get the PS3 version, it cheaper than the PS4 one, and it's a crossbuy title atm so you get a PS4 copy included anyway.
The Ys game gets good reviews, if you are into JRPGs.

I'm sure you can just pay for the PS3 version from the webstore, and then download the PS4 version from PSN for free.
I did a similar thing to get BF4 and AC4 last year using the £10 upgrades.
