Can we reset a Drayton LP522Si heating programmer ourselves?

We had a Drayton lifestyle LP522Si programmer fitted to our heating and hot water system a couple of years ago, we had the boiler serviced in September( we are in a HA home) but tonight I have noticed that the display is flashing and it says 'service due' with the date of 11-9 on it. I have read online that it will switch to an uncomfortable level if not serviced, but it has been, is there any way we can reset this ourselves , as we cannot afford to be without heating or hot water because of disabled people living in the house.

Thanks in advance to anyone in the know

( hoping we dont have to contact the HA as their heating people can be quite slow in arranging visits)

Why don't you look in the unit's User Manual, there are plenty of pdf versions online?

A quick google reveals that a special device is required to reset it. Maybe contact whoever did the last service?

Yeo , just found that online about the gadget, looks like we will have to contact the HA, just wondered if we could do it ourselves as they are not a very reliable firm that is used for their boiler repair, seems the bloke who did it failed to reset the programmer, oh wel thanks all.
