Panasonic Viera 32LXD700 or 32LXD70?

I am looking to buy a 32" LCD Television. After doing my research I have decided on a Panasonic either:

32LXD700
or
32LXD70

The 700 model is about £150-£200 more than the 70 model. My questions are:

1) What are the main differences between the 2 models?

2) Is it worth paying the extra money for the 700?

3) As anyone bought either of the above-if so what do you guys think?

Thanks

Differences are (as detailed on the panasonic website):

700 has much better sound. Nicer styling. 3 HDMI slots, SDHC slot and also PIP.

If you don't need gadgets or hame a home cinema kit the 70 is the one to go for. If you like/need gadgets, prefer the styling or need really good sound, the 700 is the one to go for.

In answer to question 3 I have the Panasonic Viera 32LXD70 and I can't fault it. It easily beats any CRT I had and I wouldn't fault the sound quality either. The only reason I might have gone for the 700 version is because 70 doesn't have PIP. Other than that I'd give it 10 out of 10.
